Soils: Limestone
Harvest: Mechanical night-time pressing
Pressing: Direct gentle extraction
Vinification: Static settling. Cold stabilization. Aged on fine lees for 6 months
Yield: 55 Hl/Hectare
Serving: Serve chilled 10-12°C
