Alcohol: 13% Alc./Vol.
Composition: 55% Cinsault, 45% Grenache
Soils: Limestone and rounded pebbles
Harvest: Nighttime mechanical pressing
Pressing: Direct gentle extraction
Vinification: Skin maceration. Cold settling. Aged on lees for 3 months
Yield: 50 Hl/Hectare
Serving: Serve chilled 10-12°C
Always in a spirit of pleasure and sharing, it’s the perfect accompaniment to an aperitif and its little cheese puffs. Tartines of southern flavored tapenades.
On the table, it’s a marvelous match for salmon tartar with lemons, as well as grilled lamb chops and vegetables a la plancha. Quickly to the table !
